Specialism: Coaching the Leeds Lions - school Y4 and Y5
Availability: Thursday from 17:30 – 18:30

Paul Moseley

Qualification(s): Sprints Coach (Level 3), Endurance, Speed & Throws Coach (Level 2) & Assistant Coach (Level 1)
About:
Specialism: Children in Athletics leader and dedicated wheelchair racing coach. Also coaches in discus, hammer, pole vault and triple jump.
Availability: Thursday from 19:00 – 20:00

Mike Stayman

Qualification(s): High Jump Coach (Level 4), Triple Jump & Long Jump Coach (Level 3), Jumps, Speed & Throws Coach (Level 2) & Assistant Coach (Level 1)
About: Mike coaches a large group of intermediate and senior athletes for all track and field events needed for pentathlon, heptathlon and decathlon (Age dependent).
Specialism: Jumps, Speed & Throws

Alan Childs

Qualification(s): Sprints Coach (Level 3), Performance Coach (Level 3), Jumps, Speed & Throws Coach (Level 2) & Assistant Coach (Level 1)
About: Alan coaches a small group of intermediate athletes for all track and field events every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 – 20:00. Alan also coaches hurdles on an ad hoc basis to any interested athletes on Fridays from 17:30.

Celia De Maria

About: Celia leads a group of senior endurance athletes.
Specialism: Endurance
Availability: Tuesdays 6.30pm - 8pm

Phil Townsend

Qualification(s): Endurance Coach
About:
Specialism: Senior Endurance group coach and trains athletes of 16 years old and over on distances of 800m to marathons. These endurance athletes are at an international level with a minimum time of approximately 40 minutes and under for a distance of 10k.
Availability: Tuesdays 6.30pm - 8pm, Thursdays 6.30pm - 8pm
