Dear members.
As you will be aware the John Charles Centre for Sport (JCCS) is now closed until further notice due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The committee have decided to suspend training fees until the centre reopens. Please can EVERYONE cancel your monthly standing order due 1 April 2020 immediately. For those who have already paid the annual training fee please send the name as it appears on your account, sort code and account number to the treasurer (James Gannon) james.gannon@leedscityac.org who will arrange to refund the training fee. We will communicate the revised annual fee and the date to re start the monthly standing order payment when training resumes.
We want to continue collecting annual memberships due by 31 March 2020 as normal to ensure our members are registered with England Athletics and to ensure the club can continue to function on a day to day basis. We will review the membership fee that has been paid for 2020/21 when athletics resumes and we know where the club stands with its overall costs in 2020/21. The General Committee will establish if there will be a refund or a reduction in the 2021/22 year so members are not disadvantaged. Please complete the renewal form and email it to lcacmembership@gmail.com and Pat Childs will check the and will confirm acceptance before payment is taken by bank transfer or by card payment over the telephone.
Hopefully the situation will improve in the near future and we look forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible.
