Where We Train
All club training takes place at the John Charles Centre for Sport, Leeds — a dedicated athletics facility featuring:
- A 50 m indoor 6-lane straight track for sprint, hurdles and strength & conditioning.
- Indoor throwing cages for discus, hammer and shot.
- An outdoor track
- Full jumping and throwing areas for long jump, triple jump, high jump and javelin.
- A recently acquired pole vault mat to support technical training.
These facilities give our athletes year-round opportunities to work on speed, power, technique, endurance and event-specific skills.
